the website) and PokerWiser. By choosing to make any use of the website
and/or the material displayed on the website you (hereinafter called User)
are indicating your full understanding and complete acceptance of all these

1. Legal use - User declares that he is responsible to follow the laws of his
local residence. User declares that by use of the website he is not
contravening any laws of the user`s local Jurisdiction. User declares

2. Risk - User declares his fully understanding that PokerWiser is not a pooker
room, operator or a provider of online poker entertainment and gambling.
User declares his understanding that PokerWiser does not own any poker
room mentioned on the website and does not express any warranty or
guarantee. User declares that he is fully aware that there is a risk of losing
money when playing poker on poker rooms and on other related websites
and he entirely accepts that risk and the user cannot and will not hold
PokerWiser responsible for such loss.

available to the user as a service. PokerWiser shall not accept liability for
any damages, including, without limitation, indirect or consequetial dameges,
loss of profits, revenues or any damages whatsoever arising out of, or in
connection with the use or loss of use of the website. The user declares and
agrees that PokerWiser, its employees, directors, service providers, distributors,
affiliates, partners, shareholders and agents shall not be held liable for the
accuracy or suitability of the information and or material made available in the
website and for any loss, costs, expenses and damages whatsoever.

4. No Warranty - PokerWiser makes no warranty that the services available on
the website will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure or
error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the software or the server
that makes it available are free of viruses or buges or represents the full
functionality, accuracy, reliability of the information or as to the accuracy of
any information obtained in the website

PokerWiser does not control such websites, and is not responsible for their content.
Pokerwiser inclusion of links to third party sites does not imply an endorsement of
the material on such websites or any association with their operators.

6. Privacy - PokerWiser is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals. If you
provide us with personal details about yourself, we will not pass that information
to any other third party unless required to do so by law.

7. Intellectual Property - The material and information displayed on the website is
the property of pokerwiser unless noted otherwise. All rights reserved. It is not
permitted to copy, distribute, show publicly or create any derivative work from the
website or any information found in the website, withouta prior consent of PokerWiser.

8. Change of Conditions - PokerWiser reserves the right to amend, modify, update
and change any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement from time to time.
Any modified version of this Agreement will take effect 10 days after its publication
on the website, and your continued use of the website after the afrementioned 10
days will be deemed to constitute your acceptance of the changes to this Agreement.
